Wednesday, September 23, 2026
6:00–8:00 PM Central Time
Location: Online via Zoom
Investment: $40 for both classes
This is a two-class experience, with each evening building upon what you learned in the previous session.
What You’ll Discover -
During these sessions, you will explore the art and science behind self-hypnosis and learn how this powerful practice can become a tool for personal growth and positive change.
Together, we will explore:
- What hypnosis and self-hypnosis really are
- How the hypnotic state works
- The relationship between conscious and subconscious awareness
- How self-hypnosis can support personal transformation
- How to create greater focus and inner calm
- Practical techniques for entering your own state of self-hypnosis
- How to develop suggestions that support the changes you desire
- How to make self-hypnosis a meaningful personal practice
And, most importantly, you'll have an opportunity to experience self-hypnosis for yourself.
Your Student Materials -
Every TranceFormation student will receive:
- Student handouts to accompany the course
- A self-hypnosis recording created during the Zoom session, giving you a resource you can continue using as you practice your new skills.
This isn't simply a class about hypnosis. It is an opportunity to discover something that you already possess: the ability to turn inward, quiet the outside world, connect with your inner resources, and participate more intentionally in your own transformation.
Why “TranceFormation”? -
The word trance describes a natural state of focused awareness that we all experience.
The word transformation speaks to what becomes possible when we learn to work intentionally with our thoughts, beliefs, habits, and inner resources.
TranceFormation is where the two meet.
You don't have to be an experienced meditator. You don't have to know anything about hypnosis. You simply need curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to discover what is possible when you learn to work with your own mind in a new way.
Come Discover the Possibilities -
Imagine having a practice you can return to whenever you need a little more calm... a little more focus... a little more confidence... or simply a quiet place within yourself.
Your mind is an extraordinary instrument. Let's learn how to use it with intention.
Join me for TranceFormation: The Art & Science of Self-Hypnosis and discover the transformative potential that lives within you.
Stress is a part of all of our lives - but living in a constant state of stress doesn't have to be.
Join Bonnie Poirier, Hypnotherapist, for a special Facebook Live in recognition of Stress Awareness Day.
We'll take some time to slow down, breathe, and explore what stress is doing to our bodies, minds, and overall sense of wellbeing.
During this Live, we'll explore:
- What stress really is - and why our body's stress response is actually designed to protect us.
- Eustress vs. distress - understanding the difference between the stress that can motivate and energize us and the stress that can become overwhelming or harmful when it continues for too long.
- How stress affects the body and mind - including tension, sleep, mood, concentration, energy, and our ability to relax.
- Recognizing the signs of chronic stress - learning to listen when our bodies and minds are telling us that we need to pause.
- Simple stress-management techniques - practical tools you can begin using right away, including breathing, relaxation, mindful pauses, movement, and creating moments of quiet.
- The power of the pause - learning how something as simple as Stop. Breathe. Choose. can help us respond to stress rather than automatically react to it.
- How hypnotherapy can support stress management - exploring how therapeutic hypnosis can help calm the mind, encourage relaxation, change unhelpful patterns, and develop healthier responses to life's challenges.
And we'll take a few peaceful moments together to simply breathe and reset.
You don't have to wait until you're overwhelmed. Stress is not a personal failure. Our stress response is a natural part of being human. But we can learn to recognize it, understand it, and develop healthier ways of responding.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed right now or simply want to learn more about caring for your mind, body, and spirit, I invite you to join me.
Bring your favorite snack and/or beverage. Bring your questions. Bring yourself exactly as you are and give yourself permission to pause for a little while.
Wednesday, November 4 at 1:00 PM Central - Facebook Live
Let's take a breath together and discover that even in the midst of a stressful life, peace is still possible.

And if you've tried before, remember that previous attempt does not mean you cannot succeed. It means you have learned something about your journey. You can begin again.
Your Next Breath Can Be a Beginning
-Imagine waking up without needing that first cigarette.
-Imagine drinking your morning coffee without automatically reaching for one.
-Imagine moving through your day without planning your activities around smoking.
-Imagine experiencing a craving and knowing: “I don't have to act on this feeling.”
-Imagine the freedom of knowing that you are the one making the choices.
Your smoke-free journey doesn't have to begin with perfection. It can begin with one decision. One breath. One step.
Join me on Thursday, November 19 at 9:00 AM Central for this special Great American Smokeout Facebook Live.
Bring your questions. Bring your curiosity. Bring your hope and perhaps bring someone you love who is ready to take this journey with you.
Your last cigarette can become the beginning of something new.
I look forward to sharing this time with you.
The holidays can be beautiful.
But when we are grieving, they can also be incredibly difficult.
The empty chair at the table. The traditions that no longer feel the same. The familiar music, foods, and decorations that bring memories rushing back. The expectation to be joyful when our hearts may be hurting.
Sometimes we don't need someone to tell us how to fix our grief. Sometimes we simply need a safe place to say: “This is hard.” and to be reminded that we don't have to walk through it alone.
Join Bonnie Poirier, Hypnotherapist and Spiritual Director, for Getting Through the Holidays: A Sacred Grief Support Gathering, a gentle two-hour online gathering created especially for those who are grieving during the holiday season.
Drawing upon Bonnie's work in Grief as a Sacred Journey, Sacred Whispers, her grief workshops, and ongoing grief-support gatherings, this afternoon will offer a compassionate space for reflection, connection, remembrance, and practical support.
Together, we will explore:
- Why the holidays can intensify grief and why your feelings during this season are completely valid.
- Giving yourself permission to experience the holidays differently - to say no, change traditions, leave early, rest, cry, laugh, or simply do what feels right for you.
- Continuing bonds and sacred remembering - discovering ways to carry the love and memory of someone who has died into the holiday season.
- Creating gentle new traditions while deciding which familiar traditions still bring comfort.
- Preparing for difficult moments and developing a personal “holiday survival plan” for those unexpected waves of grief.
- Sacred practices for the grieving heart, including reflection, breathing, prayer, grounding, and quiet moments of remembrance.
- The importance of connection - finding people and places where you don't have to hide your grief or pretend that everything is okay.
There will be opportunities for sharing, but no one will ever be required to speak. You are welcome to simply listen, reflect, and receive.
You don't have to pretend here. You don't have to be cheerful. You don't have to have everything figured out. You don't have to “get over” your grief before the holidays arrive. You don't even have to know exactly what you need. Just come as you are.
For these two hours, we will create a sacred space where grief is welcomed, love is honored, and you can breathe a little more freely and perhaps we will discover something important together that you don't have to leave your loved one behind in order to move forward.
You can carry the memories. You can carry the love. You can carry the traditions. You can carry the laughter. You can carry the sacred connection. Love comes with you.
A Gentle Reminder -
You don't have to get through the entire holiday season today. You only have to take it one breath, one moment, and one day at a time.
If you are grieving and wondering how you will make it through the holidays, please join us.
Sunday, November 22
